I believe it is SEX that is determined at birth and genders are just social constructs. Of course, people can feel free to change their sex if they feel like they're the wrong sex.

Who wants a good old-fashioned debate about any philosophical topic? It could be about ethics, metaphysics, political philosophy, philosophy of religion, anything! Just come open-minded and don't just throw about the "I'm right, you're wrong" attitude.
