@Jon-Hunter well it should help but talking to family is very comfy. He needs to move out of his space. Thats where friends or even people he meets regularly come in.. But i would like to hear more about your angle

I found it easy to talk to ppl if u just let go n had deep breaths.. Practice with one person at a time.. And then move to multiple people. I do hope u try this. Lemme know if u like it❤ talk more..😁
