Offer him Melatonin, advice him to take it at a normal sleeping time so he won't be up at 4 and get bored and started calling people.

I was 4, found a lighter and start burning the thin blanket in my bedroom. Enjoyed watching the fire gets bigger then Mom showed up and she almost killed me. Until today, She still keeps that half burn blanket--no idea why lol
