Or if not try something new , and try doing it a couple of times and once you get the hang of it try perfecting it, for example drawing , it takes a bit but when your getting the hang of it and make something your proud of its so worth it .and it doesn’t hurt to take constructive criticism too , but ignore the people who are being an ass about it , but that’s my take on it

Lower your standards a little for what you do and be proud of the outcome , that usually works for me
