@Mickeyyyyy ohhhh thnk you so much... you motivating me💪💪💪💪, just info that i suffer annual depression.. Once in a year, it's like i can withstand a million tons of big stone (in healthy mental) but when i have this illness i cant do anything, much less a million tons of stone!!

@I-AND-ME you said "If you dont change anything, nothing will change", you know when those disorders stucked in my soul.. I cant even controll myself and thinking normally.. As if i'm dumbest, useless..I even cant use my brain well even for easy activity also losing lifejoy.. How can i change to get better by using my mind?????😭
