@chaser2010 Based on my personal experiences, some are and others are not. I have gone to Barranquilla, Colombia, Santiago, Dominican Republic, and Odessa, Ukraine. odessa, ukraine - friendly people, walk anywhere day and night safely, beaches, malls, beautiful ladies who are easy to talk, ask on dates, and build relationships
