Today we live in a world where people are cold and callous, and have no love or regards for our senior citizens who would have made their contributions to society. We owe many of them for the knowledge we are outfitted with today; who we are is because of who they were yesterday. They were our teachers, nurses, doctors, mentors, psychiatrist, psychologist, mother's, fathers and so much more, yet as they glide into their sunset years, they are sometimes pushed into a corner of oblivion as if they are a burnden are worthless. Many of them would have mustered tremendous wealth during their productive years which would eventually be passed on to a child or a relative, still, they are disposed in the most heartless of manner. It is my belief that people need more love in their hearts. This will propel them to love and care for their older relative regardless of the situation. Even if they chose to live alone, they must not be neglected in any way. They must have regular visits, taken out for walks and other social activities with their peers so they can participate in activities that will keep them happy. focus must also be on a healthy diet so as to preserve their health. None should play God and decide when it is their time to depart this earth or contribute in any way to their early demise.

RE: Is living alone better or with family?
@ninja-boy here's my take on this topic; living alone has both advantages and disadvantages; it will also depend on the age and health status of the subject/s. some elderly people, for their own sanity will prefer to live alone just to have their peace away from people whose lifestyle and principles run counter to theirs. Older people are, in my opinion, more organised love to keep their place in a tidy manner unlike younger folks; living with others, especially the younger generation can directly conflict with this position. If however, seniors cannot manage their affairs on their own; or they are incapacitated in some way, it would be wise to have them cohabitate with others where they can be monitored, and at the same time, being cared for.

RE: Yes and no, and I can explain why.
@Tall-M yes that is so true. I believe most inventions were made to serve humanity positively but to satisfy their evil intensions twisted the purpose.

Yes and no, and I can explain why.
The internet is beautiful if it is used for the right purpose. I have had great experiences using the internet for so many reasons; for education, entertainment, catching up and staying connected with friends and family etc. However, the down side is where it is used for diabolical reason like bullying, theift, paedophilia etc. Some people are just plain evil.

RE: Aren't they adorable?
@reviewer_1 awwww so nice!!!!! I'm sure the sight of them standing on their hind legs capture your heart😊😊😊😊😊😊. I once owned a pair but they lived in the yard and somehow, they managed to escape. I also had an aquarium with many different types of fish but they never had names😁😁😁😁😁😁. Maybe I'll have to Googlea few names suitable for fishes😁😁😁😁😁.

Aren't they adorable?
Pets brings so much fun and laughter to my life; they are absolutely adorable, well most of them. Just having their company, following you everywhere you go, wagging their wiggly tails is enough to wish away any sad feelings I may be experiencing. I don't know whose experiences are the same,e.
