Once i was at my neighbors door (she was really old like 80 years), to tell her that her dog was in my backyard so she can pick him up , but she wasn't answering me,so i looked at the window and for my surprise she was on her knees with a satan sculpture in front of her while she was holding a book and saying weird stuff
Then she felt i was there and looked at me ,it was sooooo scary

Is more important to help and love ourselves first ,because if we aren't stable mentally then there's no way you can be capable of helping the world. Everything is in small but important steps, like when we are cooking we first buy the food ,start to season the food 'til taste good for us , then we serve what we made with so much love and care.
