I think it depends on what type of heartbreak you suffer from. If your bf or gf dumped you then a broken leg would definitely be worse. Or if a relative dies then being run over with a car would be worse. And if your dad leaves you when your just 2 years old, then having him call you to say "Happy sixth birthday" after total silence for years and it wasn't even close to your birthday would be worse and I know because it happened to me.
