Hello / Ciao!!

I'm coming from Finland, and I'm studying Italian, using some mobile apps, but I have seen, how much mistake these apps has, and it's a little bit difficult to get real translations from Italian to Finnish or even English... My options are limited, and sometimes some of the apps are not available in my country (some of the reasons...?)... Can someone translate this sentence to me:

"Vorrei un etto e mezzo di prosciutto crudo." Every other words I do understand, except word "un etto". I do not find it anywhere from dictionary... Thank you anyway!
