Stop comparing yourself with what others go thru. Just know that, YOU are strong. You will deal with this. Everyone goes thru shit at some poit of life and just go with the flow.. life is messy, complicated and shit at times but yk, that's the beauty of it. Just never lose your hopes and strength!
