So am currently in a medical school but I recently have a passion in music but I can't dropout because I don't want to disappoint my parents, am 20 and I was also recently diagnosed with anxiety and it's stressing me out, I have a very low self esteem and am afraid of even stepping out of the house, I shaved my hair but now I think I lokk fatter and chubbier,,, I I just feel so fucking depressed in general
