Just do it!
You can't get rid of the addiction at once, just develop new habits that is profitable for your future and try to reduce the time of your mobile usage.
You can take help of you family member & friends in this case. It will be very helpful for you.
Best of luck dear!

@Abc-Xyz buy a 3310 and get rid of your smartphone.
Or delete every social media app and try commit yourself to your religion/beliefs, dig about your history, try new things that have nothing to do with techsπ€·, go to meetings and listen to peoples stories, well I hope one of these helps -
@Abc-Xyz you can break your phone into pieces or you can prepare a list of daily challenges to challenge yourself. It really helps you to push your limits. You can at least try this method. You can make yourself so busy so that you don't have time for π±
-
@Kaneki-kun but it totally depends upon you and will power
-
Sell your phone. XD
Anyways, distract yourself by doing stuffs with sense.
-
@Abc-Xyz Delete all social media accounts, or maybe destroy or make someone lock up your phn lolzzz
-

@Abc-Xyz there is noway... only try to occupy your time with other things and people, but you can never ever fully get over this addiction, only diminish it
-
@Kaneki-kun by the it's a hope against hope because she will never get rid off her phone
-
@Bruno It's very possible. Just get a yam phone and dash your smartphone somewhere. I've done a year without a phone and its one of the best moments of my life. I only had Viber to communicate with important people who needed to know that I was still alive .
It's possible to live without a smartphone. Addictions can be dealt with in full

@Abc-Xyz There is an app named 'blocksite'. I have described it several times before too. You have to block those sites which you are addicted to. Then you should choose a random keys password. Don't remember password and forget it.
One more thing- you should allow it for admin permissions because you can't delete the app without password
Blocksite for android- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.blocksite&utm_source=home_pg&utm_campaign=Website
Blocksite extension for firefox- https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/block-site-2/
Blocksite extension for chrome- https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/block-site-website-blocke/eiimnmioipafcokbfikbljfdeojpcgbh?hl=en
You can sync app with extension.
You can choose blocking time too in this app. -
@Bruno i'll try brunoo
