@tommy_00 There is no official group by either ETS (TOEFL) or BritishCouncil (IELTS). However, there are groups created by different tutorial centers that help test takers in jurisdiction prepare for test.
If you are their student and registered for the test you will directly linked to the organizers. If not, you can google IELTS Group Links 2021, then choose telegram, whatsapp, facebook, or other apps. Start from there. Good luck!
