because not everyone is a christian. duh.
i mean, casually mentioning jesus a few times during a conversation shouldn't really make anyone dislike you, but ppl who feel the need to preach 24/7 and inject religion everywhere are annoying AF. keep it to yourself lmao
This.
There is a huge yet clear difference between God or Jesus popping up in casual conversation, and somebody feeling the need to incessantly "share" what they are feeling - whilst we are undoubtedly very happy for them - with the rest of us. It is like when you have those "friends" who discover a health fad or some other pyramid scheme and spam you to try it, or repeatedly add you to a social media group you have no interest in and have to keep removing yourself from.
OR, it is like when somebody makes a post in a large public community of all manner of people and title it "Very Important Questions", but they can't see far enough past their ego to understand that what is important to them is simply not important to many other people and so in their arrogance have just disappointed and potentially annoyed a butt-load of people by failing to live up to their expectations.
