I’ve been single for as long as I can remember and I have an active dating life, it’s just that… nothing ever lasts. I’m already in my late 40’s and it would be great to break this single-life spiel. I want to get married and be in a happy relationship for a change.

My friend has been telling me to join in a foreign dating event, telling me to broaden my horizon and try dating someone foreign. I’m open to the idea but I want to try it with someone who has a good grasp of the English language. I can already imagine a long distance relationship without proper communication be something not worth it.

Ideally, I’d want to be with someone who is within reach but that is proving impossible. Not completely but I might end up reaching my 60’s before I could meet the one I’m looking for. What I’d like to ask is if dating foreign women any better? If you think it’s a good idea to give it a shot, any tips and advice you can give me? Thanks in advance!
