Well, not all girls like make-up in general. It's just girls are expected to wear make-up regardless of how heavy or light the make-up is. For example, when girls reach a certain age they are soon expected to atleast know how to apply lipstick or foundation or something like that. It's kinda like an unspoken reality really.
