What is actually the meaning of life?
-
Alright, people, deep conversation and question time. What do you think the meaning of life is? Do you think it's as simple as living for yourself or others, to be kind or maybe even to die? I've always been fascinated by this question and wonder what you'll all say. I have quite a few ideas, such as this is all a test or something of the sort etc.
Anyways, have fun down there and be sure to say anything and everything you have on the issue, don’t be shy!!!
Hopefully this is thought provoking enough…
- Also yes I do notice this can seem a bit nihilistic, but oh well…
-
I don't think there isn't a meaning of life, and I don't mean that in a nihilistic sense. Everyone has their own thing. You do what makes sense to you, think what makes sense to you, believe what makes sense to you. Life is whatever you make it.

@Jakeee
Nothing. It's just rare phenomenon occured on a planet which meets natural habitat requirements for living beings. -

Still trying to find
-
I believe that's subjective, for example, I find "meaning" by doing stuff I'm proud of, that makes me feel fulfilled.
-
Why bother when life has its own ways to teach and provide us things? We're blessed to experience the feeling of being alive.
-
Somehow I think that the whole meaning of life thing is just a human way of trying to explain things that happen. Like people try to figure out why we're here but in reality it's not even that complicated. The way I see it we're all just here and we all try to achieve human made goals for human reasons. There's not really a meaning
-
@AriTheBandKid well said. Just enjoy what we have inside of thinking how we got it xD
-
@AriTheBandKid Really interesting view to it.

Jakee, that is a question for God, but , we all already know it, but won't accept it. It will happen when we die, and flashes of it will pass by us. Some family, some love, some pets. Others, revenge, wealth and sometimes, simply a loaf of bread. But we all know it , just we got to accept it. And finding the path to that acceptance, is the real journey.. like areosmith says "Life's a Journey, not a Destination" peace
-
@AXES Completely agree, I'm just curious to see everyone's answer to the question.
-
To make someone happy )
-
To find true, unconditional love and lasting companionship

I don't know what's the exact meaning of life but do we need to like put meaning to it like isn't it enough to just live and dream and achieve that dream and goals u have in life? Isn't life simply just life? Don't hate me tho just sharing my own views. *Peace

@Jakeee being alive and being exist as human know to live life without destroying harmony and peace for yourself and to your surroundings. Know to give time and space for your surroundings and yourself. Also accepting as it is without like and dislikes its life I guess? Each individual has thier own perspective about life..
One life just live it high -
I used to believe that life is meaningless, but some events have made me think differently. I still don't know the meaning but I do believe that there is some power given to our unconscious self, that is aware of things that our conscious self is unaware of. Like dreams, sometimes they tell you future that you never have known or guessed. So I think that once we are able to fully understand and get in contact with this unconscious self, It might give us the answer to our question regarding our existence

@nile700 Thank you for sharing :)

To be honest ,there is no any meaning for life. You are the person should give a meaning to your life.

Life is complicated and in it all people tend to get lost, chasing every desire that crosses their path. The truth is life has a very simple goal. A relationship with God and a life in search of spiritual growth is the most fulfilling path. Yes I am talking about Jesus. It's probably the answer everyone has heard but it's the truth. Most people think it's about being a good guy and doing what you can to help the community. That is an important part but not the focal point. The main point is to grow in your faith and come closer to God, and on your path share the word with all you meet. We were created to love God and be loved by Him. The wisdom and growth you gain on earth is the only thing you can take with you after death. That is why no material will ever satisfy. You can have all the money in the world, all the lovers, the best home, clothes; but at the end of the day you will die and it will be for nothing. The only thing that can truly benefit you in the long run is a selfless life, one spent in pursuit of holiness, one that gives life to others, one that pleases the Lord. I am walking that path, and this is part of it. If you want to know more, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to answer any questions and have some good conversation. God bless.
