Depends how anxious you are and what it's about. There are lots of mental activities that will help retrain your brain to think differently. As already said meditation is also a great help. If it's an immediate fix you're looking for I'd suggest essential oils, incense, cbd

fear and anxiety are illusions from your own mind, plant a new believe in your mind, that it's all just an illusion and you'll be fine

I don't think there is a cure so much but ways to manage it. You just have to find out what helps for you and what your triggers are? like my son is autistic and if he gets anxious he has this squishy ball. Me i listen to music, read a book or doing some colouring on my ipad.....
