Haha why is that?
-
@DIV you just sit on the couch while watching tv just to relax then you fall asleep in an instant doing that than lying on bed
-
@cjko
This is just my opinion because what you are describing happens to me all the time. I get very relaxed after running around all day and am suddenly in front of the TV and I am possibly reading a book or looking at my tablet and you just get very relaxed after a hectic day and fall sleep. It would probably be best to not even watch TV when but we all do so you start to feel that first little bit of drowsiness be all ready for bed and resume your reading in the bed. I bet you fall asleep quite easily. Another way to help you sleep is on any day where I walk a lot I always sleep well. -
@Saloniii yeah.. you're right. Reading book while lying on bed is a great way to fall asleep faster hahaha ofc for me.
-
@cjko I m always right :sunglasses: :sunglasses:
-
@Saloniii never been left hahah
-
@cjko you know what, it is easier to sleep on my shoulder intentionally or unintentionally.
-
@cjko it is because the A.C of my room does not work well:joy: :joy:
-
All couches are alien shape-shifters who induce sleep into order to probe our subconscious and steal our personalities.
-
@cjko Couch is more comfortable than bed. A bed is more comfortable than a chair and so on. Think about when you study. You will fall asleep easily while studying on bed but you won't usually fall asleep on chair while studying instead.
-
One of the most acceptable reasons would be that in the couch, the mind tends to deceive itself thinking that the couch is more comfortable than in bed, besides, tiredness also affects that type of unconscious thoughts or actions. In addition, if you are on the couch for a long time, and that you sleep at night, it is when you are most likely to fall asleep.
