So basically I got played. I thought dating apps will help me find love but I didn't realize it was only for casual relationships. Now I'm heartbroken. I feel lonely.

Never expect anything again like just go with the flow next time, just don't get attached too fast next time, take it slowly, you can never get something good by rushing things, YOU GO GURL (im so bad at giving advice, I just feel like giving u one even though it's sh*t, don't judge:<) anywaysssss hopeee your doing okaaaayyyyyy

@Humanist-girl stop looking for love here and there ... just sit ... breathe .. and start observing people around you ... also .. buy a diary ... write about people around you ... what you feel about them ... what do you expect from them ( including friend, family and strangers ) ( you share different bond with different people)

on page 1 --> try to define LOVE
what according to you is love
what do you expect from your future partner (lover)

-->write about all your problems ( problems you never discussed with anyone )
-->reason/source of problem
-->try to write a possible solution

also ask yourself, "Do i love me?", "Can i love me ?", and why am i looking for someone to fill the void in my life ... Do i not have good friends ? , are there people who love to spend time with me .. people who love to see me around ( they are the source of your strength , try to spend time with them )

--> To deal with breakup ... pickup a new hobby ... go for morning walk, try writing short stories, engage in fun activities with friends and family. Always be with somebody ... be it your parents .. friends .. cousins ... even when you sleep ... don't sleep alone ... sleep in your parent's room or share room with your sister or brother .. or room-mate
