DO YOU MEDITATE? IF YOU DO, THEN WHAT IS YOUR TOOL FOR THAT, HOW DO YOU PERFORM
I meditate while I run or I can say I run to meditate. I had heard about meditation before of course, but never really thought about it that seriously. But in the 2020 Lockdown period, I read an article about it and then understood its meaning and how it positively affects our life. I got excited, I sat down and started performing it, but it didn't work as even after being aware of what Meditation is, I was still not doing it right, couldn't focus at all. Then I realized that my running session is only time in the entire day in which I don't think about anything else and I just focus on my breathing tempo, that's it.
I got my answer then, I started using my Running session as my Meditation tool and I'm still going strong. Thank you for reading this :pray: let's hear about yours ;)
