@ĞÖÖŠÍÄĤ No problem! Welcome back, CGG! :D
PS: I like your brick wall. 😂
Hi, my name is Oskar. I am teacher from the Czech republic ... or Czechia. We are learning about south america right now and I really hate textbooks and think it would be better for kids to talk to someone from the place. Maybe you cold also tell me what you would like us to know about your country, your continent.
I want to create a kind of adventure game for them to learn about south america because I hate just learning the facts. School should be fun.
Also our kids don't speak good english and this way they could see how important it is.
our school :-) https://jihlava.scioskola.cz/
@Oskar-Fabian Hello, Oskar! Ucim se cesky..I am not from South America, but I would love to know more about your country and language! :)
Hi that is nice, where are you from? We are learning about all countries :-) it would be so cool if kids could learn english (they need it right now) and maybe even your language and they could teach you Czech.
A jak dlouho se učíš česky?
@Oskar-Fabian Haha, thank you. Trochu pres mesic. I come from a country called India. :) I learn several other languages, I find it interesting
I see, now I am not surprised you speak english well. Where are you from in India? It would be interesting for kids to learn how it is if you have many languages in one country.
I must say I have never been to India but hope to go one day.
@Oskar-Fabian I live in the capital, New Delhi. We broadly speak English and Hindi, but we also have 22 other languages spoken across all the states. Our nation is very diverse!! :)
It is really different from here, Czechia is extremely homogenous in comparison still I learn that people are diverse everywhere when you talk to them on a personal level, not in crowds. Know what I mean right?
Asi bych mel psát i trochu česky. Je to legrační. Přád se snažím mluvit kvůli dětem anglicky a teď je to naopak.
@Oskar-Fabian Haha, I am not that fluent yet!
There is always google translator. It is scary how good it is.
Man I gotta go, we have to get our mask since it is mandatory here if you go outside and go shopping with my son. See ya.
