It says usage of electronic devices before bed delays your body's internal clock aka your circadian rhythm which suppresses the release of the sleep-inducing hormone melatonin and makes it absolutely difficult to fall asleep so I usually set my phone aside and try to meditate for 15 minutes straight.
If that doesn't work (in most cases it does unless something's bothering me deep down) I count unicorns in my head and soon enough, I'll be snoring like a baby :face_with_tears_of_joy:
Is it happening again? Are the bonds of friendship somehow falling apart?

@Basit-Naqvi If we know the rules to make friends maybe the world becomes a happy place but we have our pride our desires blocking us from being a humble friend, ignorant to our own faults and look forward criticise everyone else i feel in friendship this happens at a very low rate but it effects.
