Overcoming addiction is not a sprint, is a marathon. One day at a time, and not being too hard on yourself is key. Ofc, depending on the addiction, you might need to reach out for help, and its fine. You're human.

It's your mind is triggered by dark so their are chain of thoughts running in your mind. Which you are trying to fight. You need to stop thinking about it
