Hi all
I am having bad today. I received abusing messages from my landlord. He is alcoholic and smoking cannabis. i am clean person and I am trying to be nice to him. I am cleaning my room weekly I am cleaning bathroom (only I), I am cleaning floor in hole house. He never sees all these staff just complaining if I do something wrong.
I also had supervision with my team leader yesterday. She told me that some my patient complained about me. I have breached confidentiality. It was verbal message to patient mobile phone. I cannot prove otherwise. This is my contract job and expire in September. i am looking for new job. i had some very good job interviews. However, my Team leader is my referee.
How do you view Anxiety?

Living with anxiety is a daily struggle. It comes and goes and I continue to fight with it or just work with it. How do you really see this mental struggle?

I have anxiety. I'm working on it and I have good news... you can do something about it. You might think you know the triggers, but there could be more behind it than you've thought about.
Mindfulness is a good step to take too. Let me know how you're doing if you like, I'd be happy to reciprocate. -

@freyaweasley23 anxiety is a survival instinct like insecurity and jealousy. This is why is it so common. You become hardwired for anxiety and have to retrain your brain.

Anxiety is like peer pressure. I think angst is the same thing too. It is written the Lord did not create in us a spirit of angst, but instead a spirit of power, and love. I believe that, but I also realize so many of us are falling from grace it's hard to have faith, and proper works complimented by bold words compelled by the true spirit in these times.
