Animation or Real People?
-
@AuroraFan why do you like it more?
-
@TheGoldenMole for me it's inuyasha and narutooooo
-
@TheGoldenMole I produce digital content and I want to break in to horror movies where the more realistic things get, the more money can be made :)
I have started in comedy cartoons because I can produce anything that I want with a pencil, where as visual footage is highly dependent upon materials.

Some are worthy of my admiration, others not so much but even those can make up with a good/cheesy storyline :p
But imo, it's easier to distance yourself from reality with anime. -
@TheGoldenMole Animationnnnn! :heart_eyes: :hear_no_evil: Let's avoid human complexity, at this point.. :slightly_smiling_face:
-
@AuroraFan horror! Thatβs awesome, Iβve always wondered what horror movies were like behind the scenes, I imagine it isnβt scary at all. Itβs amazing how some make up and editing can cause nightmares π

I like 2D animation best. Some sort of pretty art style. I'm always down for anime, but I'm not that picky, it could be from anywhere. For me, watching an animation with a pretty art style makes me feel like I'm in my own little fantasy world. I watch it to escape for an hour or two. Live action feels to real, and 3D animation just doesn't hit me right.
-
@TheGoldenMole The prices for materials can get quite scary.
-
@Leffa why do you think movies with real people in them cant give you the same fantasy?
-
@TheGoldenMole Real people all day
-
@What-is-this why do you prefer real people?
-
i really like 2d animation. but i also like live action and i really enjoy american cartoons

@TheGoldenMole One thing you've got to bear in mind is that anime was invented in 1989 by the GREYS as cynical propaganda, as, once the full hybridisation of the human race begins, we will all look like anime characters (big eyes, dainty mouths), while they overlord us in giant Gundam Wing robots. Good luck to them, frankly. I just pray to Detective Pikachu that a hundred Japanese schoolgirls in very flimsy sailor suits don't collapse on top of me.
