I sleep in complete darkness since I have a very light sleep. Any light or sound wakes me up, if I leave my phone with wi-fi on, chances are i'll get some sort of notification that will wake me up, strangely enough, I sleep with music on, I put music in my phone and let it play during the night. It feels cozy and great.
I sleep with my tumy facing the ceiling. -
@barton does are sleeping positions means we are weirdos? Hope yes! It is kinda great then :-)

@Mr-H I agree it is really better to sleep with silent mode or wifi off or else it is like widely awake even at nights..

I would honestly sell my soul so I wouldn’t ever need sleep again in my lifeAs for sleep position I always sleep with 2 or 3 pillows and one dog
Mostly on my stomach or side while hugging a pillow and with Pilou on my other side or if he’s not there I put the third pillow there XD -

@bela-hella Regarding the lighting, I can sleep in whatever. I have been known to sleep right next to a real loud speaker (and no I wasn't wasted outta me skull either). Noise in the background is ok, so long as it wasn't annoying me prior to trying to sleep.
Position wise, yea the fetal position has to be the one. Or similar to your pic but kinda half on the belly and half in the fetal :O heheAmount of sleep, I know they say around 8hrs is the best to get, but I find that if I sleep any more than 6hrs you would of thought I'd been out drinking all night, and to be honest similar results from less than 5.5 - 6hrs.
Less than 4 seems to be good for me to.When I used to be into free-parties a few years back we used to have a saying @WtfJudith .... Sleeps For Losers haha, you may of fitted in there lol

I often go to bed at 1am or so and wake up at 7:20 am during the week. It gets kinda heavy and I should get more sleep due to the amount of exercise I make but I simply can't sleep early and it won't change, I can catch up sleep during the weekend or when I'm dead.
And I used to say "sleep is for the weak" or "I'll sleep when I'm dead!
