Hey AlizaJalebiiiiii,
I think that a thing that is very important when suffering from depression is to keep in touch with friends. When feeling depressed we often feel like isolating ourselves and withdrawing from others. However, many studies have shown that social contacts are one of the most important factors for happiness.
Other than that I would recommend you to focus on the basics: Exercise, eat healthy, and try to get enough sleep.
Think about what activities you enjoy doing and deliberately make time for them.
Lastly, and most importantly, consider seeing a therapist. Psychotherapy can be very effective with depression and some people really benefit from antidepressants.
I hope this helps somewhat. If you have any questions or want to share your experience in more detail, feel free to message me. -

@alizajalebiiiiii you know my answer..😂😂😂😂😂😝😝😝😝😝

@alizajalebiiiiii Something that has helped a lot of depressed people is something as simple as starting their day by getting in front of the mirror and saying something positve about yourself, then make it 2 things then 3, 4, 5, etc. Then start doing it more times per day. If something bad happens just tell you self something like "Its just a set back, it happens to everyone, but Im gonna learn from it and move on" and doing this will slowly retrain your brain to think positively over time which will decrease depression and bring happier moods and a more postive outlook on life. Its a slow process but it helped people I know to cure their depression if they kept doing it. I hope this helps
