Should I start putting dates on my drawings from this point on

dates are always a good idea to add to ya pic's... for your own self dates help so you can form an idea of how your progressing.
Another idea is to add a small signature somewhere on (or in) the pic to.
Personally I don't date mine, but I do store them in chronological order so I can see my progress....
All of my finished products have my tag on to .... ;)

@heyitszoey it’s not really required but most artists sometimes put the date or at least the year of creation as a way to kinda organize traditional artwork peices to help with viewing improvement over the years or time

Drawing wise, you can have the date to keep up with your progress, but I think that your "signing" would be something nice to come up with and add in future drawings, it will be like your "tag" ^^

You have to date your artwork, because it is like a journal. Keep records of when it is created.
