It's a personal decision. you gotta look deep within and see if you really are capable of doing it, most people will chicken out which is understandable, survival instinct kicking in. But if you are actually serious i would recommend the exit bag and nitrous oxide method as it's a painless route, but i doubt you will go through with it as it's almost impossible to move past the the body's survival mechanisms which include more positive thinking patterns. So although there are relatively non traumatic methods of ceasing one's biological processes, mustering up the courage to actually plan it out and execute requires a level of hopeless despair that very few people have to come to terms with in their lives, and despite my lack of knowledge about your living situation i find it highly improbable that you are at that level where absolutely nothing in this world is more appealing to you than the cessation of life.
