I loved running in high school. On the high school stadium there were 2 small walls near the running track. We started running 15 colleagues, after the first wall remaind 10, after the second one remaind 7. The teacher was older and was usually distracted by someone.
Instead of us running 2 laps we usually ran one or half,there were a few colleagues that ran all the laps.
The best part he didn't suspect a thing. :beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:

You want to change your running routine all the time, because you have slow and fast muscles fibres of I'm correct that have different functions. You can focus on slow twitch muscle fibres by running for extended periods of time pase yourself and increase speed as you run or when you are going to again. Fast twitch muscle fibres can be developed by doing sprints or any fast/explosive leg exercises.
