I see. well, I guess the question was really distorted by my monotheistic raising indeed... I mean, I now know that Satan is just one side of the same coin, but that took some time to sink in. I'm glad to see Hinduism have passed that dicotomy or have naver adhere to that whole concept to begin with. Thanks for the info.

RE: Would you let your best friend date your EX?
@cjko actually My friends are those single for life type of guys, all my Exs are crazy about commitment... but Both groups are somewhat crazy, Friends and Exs.. So i guess insanity isn't really a detriment in this cenario, just the complete opposite of life perpespectives and style.;

RE: In a perfect world , would you rather have more knowledge, more imagination ,or more empathy?
knowledge makes you live better. Imagination makes you escape reality with more ease. Empathy makes you miserable in this life. I guess I would rather be smarter and wiser.

RE: Life Is Absurd! (A post inspired by YOU)
Camus comes to help people get over the fact that Nihilism is pretty brutal, especially to modern people. as we come to understand more and more about our nature, it becomes clearer that we were not supposed to live the way we do, and this knowledge is enough to send some people to the ground. Camus is a breath of fresh air to those staring into the abyss. And your post about the Absurdity is pretty fucking good Div. Congrats!

RE: What are some best things to do when bored?
I recently started checking reddit, it is a pretty vast and fun place. if it seem too complicated at first, try installing some app to facilitate the process. I use reddit boost, it helped me a lot to get some bearings on the site inner workings.

RE: So, I have cancer.
Oh man... i cannot imagine what you must be going through... i hope everything works out in the end, and if possible, try to keep a positive perpective through it all. Cancer is a mean Bastard, but it is not impossible to defeat. Even though i do not know you, I really wish you the best.

I'm around here a lot. i'm don't think i'm a toxic person, i dislike when people disrupt the chat with spam. i would like to help keeping the chat bearable to newcomers.

RE: Do you agree that "racism is taught??"
humans naturally have a tendency to be averted by diferences, so i guess mild racism on a very small chance and rare occasions, could be considered natural. i'm talking about a completly untouched amerdindian tribe being weirded out or even agressive toward from people from other ethnicity. other than those rare occasions, i think racism is a social construction.

RE: What makes some people become criminals? Is it poverty, upbringing, lack of education, unemployment or something else?
lack of hope, education, self-respect, empathy, in this order, as i see thing in my country. The lack of resources, faith and jobs are like waaaaaay down the list of probable causes, i guess.

RE: If a person steals a loaf of bread because he needs to feed his starving family, should he be punished?
well, religion and justice tend to forgive these people, i guess it is pretty ok.... unless they stole from another hungry family....

RE: Does poverty cause crime?
i could try to go all "sociology enthusiast" in here, but, my english would probably leave me half way into a explanation, but, trying to sumarize it the best way i can, poverty can cause crimes, yeah, but more often when there is also injustice and inequality. wherever everybody is suffering from it at the same time, people tend to help each other. of course, nothing is black and white, but, as i see it, i think what i wrote kinda make sense.
