So as you all probably know, this month is pride month!!!!!

Hell yeah!

To me this is a really special pride month because it’s the first one where I’ll have officially done my coming out to myself and accepted the fact that I was bi.
Apart from that, a lot of people on TWS know and i had even put it in my bio before, but when one of my irl best friend made an account a couple weeks ago I changed that part of my bio because I was scared of her reading it, of her finding out, of what she’d think of me.
I know my friends are good people and I sincerely doubt any of them are homophobic, but for some reason I’m still clinging onto that fear and doubt of them changing the way they see me.

But this is pride month right? I wanna be able to celebrate this shit with the rest of the LGBT+ community and I feel like I can’t do so properly if I haven’t done a coming out to at least one person I know.
So it’s decided, before the end of the month, I vow to myself to do so to my three best friends!

I really hope more and more people will have the courage to do so and I wish you luck! 😄

Picture it.

It's 11:30 in the morning, you get up from bed after a late night on TWS.
Raindrops are taping against the glass of your room's windows, like a sweet early morning melody to your ears. You kiss your dog good morning, his fluffy body spread on half your bed, the half that had forced you all night to sleep on the very edge of your bed, ready to fall at any moment. You'd do anything for the pupper in front of you who just sneezed out in annoyance at you waking him up from his deep slumber.
Finally you exit the room and walk down the corridor, your bare feet causing the wooden flooring to creak as you shift your weight around.
A suspicious dripping sound is coming from the other side of the bathroom door, but you think nothing of it as you turn the handle and take your first step in.

Ok I'm down with this narration 😂
So basically I woke up this morning to a huge ass fucking flood in my goddamn bathroom. There was about 2 inches of water covering half the flooring and water was still dripping from the ceiling.
I had to get rid of the water with an empty glass and a bucket while water was still dripping down on my head XD

Oh and when I walked downstairs to the kitchen (which is directly under the bathroom) there was a water bubble in the ceiling and more water coming out from other spots!!

Yep it was not the best morning..

Well this was my first story time about how my ceiling peed on my floor 😂

I’m a half Canadian half British bastard. I was made to conquer both the coldest Canadian winters and rainiest freezing English weather. Not this dry french furnace!

The worst part is that for almost the whole day I had to keep on the trousers and BLACK top I had during my flight. A legit heat magnet.
Oh and I had left my sunglasses at the bottom of the suitcase which was impossible to reach at the time so my retinas are probably completely burned by now.

Oh just a heads up, this is all a topic about me clickbaiting then complaining about random shit, sorry to disappoint 😁

But I hate complaining like this so imma talk about the good parts of my day.

Which is good cause I had to leave Pilou behind in Montreal and having all these dogs around keeps my sanity in check 😁

So I’ve been up at my cabin for the last few days and it’s kinda in the middle of nowhere with a bunch of trees, lakes and ponds around.

Well recently I finished "my Geeta". And after few days of struggle started "super intelligence". The struggle coz I didn't planned well enough for next book.
I believe reading should be boring and hard to aquire for beginners. Nowadays there r a lot of distractions for humans, that is why lots of people find reading hard n boring.

Once in a while reading a “boring book” is fine, but why waste time reading something if you don’t enjoy yourself when doing it?
Although for me when I read a book I often picture it like a movie rolling in my head, but I heard some people can’t picture things in their mind like that. Might be why some find it more boring than others

My battle is to be good at this boring task. That's y indulge myself to read audio books. Plus it makes me imagine the scene from my perspective. After reading "the giver" I found there is a movie based on it. I didn't like it after watching trailer. Coz I have imagined the whole story and it was perfect for me. Same with the midnight library and the stranger .
Since it's nnn I am trying to read non fiction lol. Just remember I could have pick the sapienes.

Many fiction books out there can teach you just as much as some non fiction, but in a more entertaining and memorable way.
Although yeah, it’s probably better to read a mix of both. I should probably read more non fiction, but there are so many fiction books I wanna read first. 😅

For me I’ve always been a super big reader, but when I don’t have enough time I started listening to audiobooks of the books I read while doing other stuff. Probably doesn’t have all the benefits of really reading from a page, but it’s fun too. Then when i have time again I go back to reading the paper version.

I’d recommend it too for peeps who really want to get into reading but might get bored or discouraged from a book, go find the audiobook and try it out before giving that book up.

Only problem now is finding free audiobooks 🥲
