@iambucky Dude are you fucking serious. Let me enlighten you. There are 2 types of Diabetes, Insipidus and mellitus. Out of those mellitus is related with insulin. And mellitus further has 2 types: Type 1 and Type 2. Out of that Type 2 is the one which is caused due to reduced sensitivity to insulin in body. And more intake of sugar is responsible for that.

@iambucky Dude I will explain it to you. First, intake of extra sugar causes reduced sensitivity of insulin receptors in the body. This is commonly called Insulin resistance. This increases the chances of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2. Then further on, intake of sugar causes weight gain and obesity further increases the risk of diabetes.
I am not talking about the Type 1. Just the Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
