Hope this explains,
let me break it down for you,
Men have a biological need and urge for sex itself. The act of sex and what it entails is quite literally programmed into the male mind from the day of puberty to the day we die. This urge is so powerful that even if a man doesnt think about sex, have sex, or want to have sex, he will still have 'night emissions' because of it.

Those 'big bad horny men' are just like any other guy, struggling with the poweful urge to think, talk, and act on sex.

Fortunately enough, some men have found the discipline to overcome it, and do well to hide it. But it's always there and always will be there.
Guys who appear to be civil, are just guys respectable enough to hide it and distract from it. But normally, all it takes is the flick of a switch in the male brain, and all of that comes out again.
Girls take longer to think about those things and feel that way, guys can literally feel it in an instant without control.

Tl:dr dont blame the biology.
asking a guy why he thinks about sex is asking a human why they are acting like a human. Its extreeeemly difficult to overcome biological urges and getting mad at us doesnt help. Guys dont suck, I swear,
