So I recently found that I tend to procrastinate more when I get overwhelmed by list of tasks I want to finish or a lot things r going in my mind.
I thought to watch some reels or yt video before starting but then I spent more than I want time on scrolling then get tired of doing tasks.
Why do u procrastinate? (if u do it) .
And did u find way to prevent it?

Maybe she is busy irl . It happens a lot with me. Some of my internet friends text me and go without saying bye or see ya and after weeks or months they come back and tell they were busy with something. In worse case they pretend it wasn't important and carry on conversation. I actually stop worrying about these things. Coz if they care then they would don't take this much time to text at first place. Anyways idc about it anymore.
