So I was forced into recovery because I lost 3 kg in three weeks. But I really can't do it. Can you give me tips on how to avoid gaining weight/stay under my 500 kcal daily intake limit. Please DM me if you have tips. I don't really want to encourage others to do this or to use the tips. I know it might be hypocritical. Stay safe

@Angel-in-sadBody Get a therapist. If you feel yourself having terrible thoughts involving food, seek help. Being stuck in your own head and missing out on life are never worth it. Don't go down the path of any kind of ED.

@kaia_ thank you for your concern. Don't worry, I'm in recovery so I can't skip meals or purge. I just need an exercise buddy

@Angel-in-sadBody I wish you the best in your recovery. Nourish yourself properly. You can't exercise in a way that supports the body in terms of gaining strength and stamina without carbs and protein. Good luck!
