@D1Vine Better late than never comment hehe.. Just my personal opinion.. I don't like Chinese govt to pay reparations in PH aside from the fact that they will never do it, or they will do it Chinese are cunning persons (not to be racist and to offend ) but they are really an experts on trickery cunning schemes, they dont care much plus its purely business or another disaster.. And if they help I hope they will aid by cash and just paid PH debt in world bank.. I fear they will be here soon in PH to help but also keeping the faith for the best that this pandemic ends..
P.S. I dont know by others opinion towards their countries, and also I dont click your substantial links..
