How to upload pictures from mobile?

STEP 1:

select the create new topic section.

STEP 2:

choose the upload file option

STEP 3:

select the image you want to upload

STEP 4:

After selecting the image, and uploading it in topic a link will be generated.
Select the entire link, and copy it

STEP 5:

Now paste the copied link to either DM or the public chat

SECOND METHOD:

STEP 1:

select the create new topic section.

STEP 2:

copy the desired image; MAKE SURE TO SELECT COPY IMAGE AND NOT COPY IMAGE ADDRESS.

STEP 3:

Paste in the topic section, subsequently a link will be generated;

STEP 4

copy the link and paste it wherever you want!

Hey can some one told me that for changing profile picture good REPUTATION is required, bcz I can't find the option for profile change in edit..?
