I love his unorthodox style and the way he translates his martial arts skills to do some incredible improvisation
@frank-smith not medicine frank but if you get a cup of hot water and add garlic, honey, ginger, lemon juice and turmeric, let it infuse and drink it that should help. Doesn't taste particularly great but id tou can stomach it it does kick flu's ass
