How do you talk to people? Its confusing..

I've never been outside. Basically been locked in a house for the 18 years and I still don't know how the people outside works, (or the world for that matter). .. maybe this is a bad idea...

@borealice Go outside. You don't need to talk to people at first. Just observe them, see what they do and how they do it. After you have observed well enough, we can go to the next stage of talking
Do you anyone else like a friend or a relative at the same age group? If you have one, it would be really helpful for the next step.
And basically, what do you do at home? A hobby or something would also be helpful.
