I think it depends on the ethnicity. Neither indians nor pakistanis are a single group of people. In India, there are many castes and ethnic groups who are genetically distinct from each other. It seems to me that some groups show much higher rate of arrogance, hatred, irrationality and horniness compared to others. If such group/groups in a country has higher population than others then naturally more people from that country will show bad behaviour.
Many may think that all indians or all pakistanis are a single group of people. But this is not true
