31,000 scientists say "no convincing evidence".
31,000 scientists reject global warming and say "no convincing evidence" that humans can or will cause global warming? But polls show that of scientists working in the field of climate science, and publishing papers on the topic: 97% of the climate scientists surveyed believe “global average temperatures have increased” during the past century; and 97% think human activity is a significant contributing factor in changing mean global temperatures. What is the significance of these statistics?

Scientific Consensus on Global WarmingWhile polls of scientists actively working in the filed of climate science indicate strong general agreement that Earth is warming and human activity is a significant factor, 31,000 scientists say there is "no convincing evidence" that humans can or will cause "catastrophic" heating of the atmosphere.
This claim originates from the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine, which has an online petition (petitionproject.org) that states: -

Yikes, that wasn't my intention. I don't think people are aware of what is actually going on with the life around them. Everyone knows that Prince Harry is married but no one knows that there are islands where birds are just dead all over and if you were to open one up it would look like this
that is plastic. About 90% of sea birds have plastic in their guts. Millions die from it. But yeah, lets focus on the clothing Gucci just released. I'm not trying to tell people what to care about by any means. I'm just trying to inform people. It's not like anything will get better anyway right? :)

our Coubtry is one of a few that follow the rules. Other countries pollute like crazy. You need to look into these bogus studies about Temperatures increasing. You need to look at the politics behind it.
I don't care what country does what. We are all fuckkng up and people would rather point fingers than take responsibility. "Should we make sure we don't pollute & ruin the oceans. Of course." That's it. If everyone sticks by that and does there part, then that's it . That is all we need.

@Zen00 I seen the article you read & they took their data from only 30 yrs. The earth has been here millions of years. What caused the Ice Age? Why did it get so cold ? It happened .& NO ONE knows why. Then after the Ice age it got warmer. How did it get warmer? There was no one here causing pollution. But it happened. It got warmer. Don’t let politicians scare you. They just want control over your life & most important. Your money.
My point is being missed like a soldier at war. I have no guilt, there is no change one lassie can make and I realize that. There is no change any of us can make. I'm not scared, I'm more like a sigh. There are issues kept in the dark and at this point only thing in the light is everything we don't need to know.

I just don’t like some actor or actress that is mega rich & flying in private plans, have 8 mansions & a yacht using a 100x more electric & fuel Telling regular people how to live.

The earth will be here long after we are gone & when money is involved that’s going to be the priority. If money can be made while cleaning the planet. Then people will go all out. That’s reality. You know how many people predicted the earth would be gone already. It’s still here.

Once again, it’s not the pollution that’s bothering me. I’m not trying to save the world. I’m just bothered by the amount of ignorance people have towards it and the amount of attention that gets paid to materials. It’s the lack of mind of matter and it’s ridiculous

That's true and I agree, but there's a difference between getting away from problems and not knowing the problems even exist. I don't care what people do or care about, just as long as they don't do it blindly.

@Zen00 not everyone is blind Zen. There is just only so much we can do as individuals. You can only do what you can do. Wether or not you believe in climate change we should still not pollute our waters or liter or try to use less water or even by a car that gets good gas mileage. ( I’ll let you know when I can by my first car ) I think most people care . Do I have a right to tell some rich person they can’t fly on a private plane ? People are aware & my parents said when they started driving so many cars were burning oil or black smoke coming out the back. It’s not like that anymore. I told you I’m near the water in the summer & I don’t wanna sound racist because I’m not. But the Asian people & the Spanish speaking people who fish. They take home everything they catch & any size even though your not allowed. I hear people yelling at them to throw that back but they don’t. No more politics for me. You can win.
