@A-A even though I probably cannot help you personally – since I'm not a very confident english speaker personally – I'm gonna ask you to clarify again:
Do you need someone with a certain vocabulary and a business related way of speaking (since you wroten something about an engineer)? Or do you want to get better at english or better at smalltalk? Or is it not even english you are looking for?

@pe7erpark3r I am looking for someone who can help me improve my general English, everyday English , i want to become more fluent. that's it and the engineer is someone i'm looking for as a person not as a specific English course.

@A-A well then I suppose you already learned something from our written conversation: use enough words so that the other understands what you really want ;-) . Good luck anyway, there are enough native speakers on here, so that should work out.
You should enable DMs/PMs in your settings so that anyone can contact you directly. Apart from that you might want to go to https://chat.talkwithstranger.com/ to see who's online, or wait till the guys in the americas get out of their beds ;-)

Ah and one more thing: you might want to connect with more people here so that you won't just have conversations with only one person. That has 2 advantages: 1. most of us have lots of things todo, but sparing 30min once should not be a problem for most ppl, 2. talking to different people teaches you different skills and vocabulary.
