Lost in a markup

Seems not all user interfaces so intuitive for aliens. I spent two hours while trying to find an information about how to create a poll. I give up. Someone please, enlighten me.

@spaceboy hey there .... right Sir .. when you reply ... you have the icons above the reply box .....

there is an icon like a bar graph ..... this is the poll icon ...
Select , and you will receive a new box for the creation of your poll ....
The thing to remember is
for your category, you must choose polls *unless I am wrong, another category does not work with the creation of a poll
