@99mbd The normal way is to do regular exercise or workout along with healthy protein and fat rich foods.
But if anyone wants it quick,he may go for steroids and protein shakes along wit regular workout.

Also make sure to shift between hypertrophy and strenght type workouts, so you can shape and grow in a good ratio.

@99mbd Consume whey protein as your nutritionist recommends. If you aren't enough capable to buy it, you can buy protein-X instead. I don't know any exercise to increase physical strength sorry.

Regarding whey protein, if you are also trying to lose fat, there's a fat/sugar free protein, that's a bit more expensive but has better results it's the isolate Whey Protein. I use the one from Prozis!

Not a fitness instructor, so I won't dare to give u a plan, if u are working out at the gym ask there, i'm sure someone can help you, if u are buying gym equipment and workout at home, check google about muscle % gains workout or hypertrophy/strenght workout.

Compound movement like the barbell bench, squat, deadlift and clean are a must to increase muscular strength and conditioning.

Push ups
Curls it’s not so much as arm muscle as it is upper body strength as well as a good back and legs.
