Meeting my Kiev stepmom for the first time

Dad is set to tie the knot with a woman he met in Ukraine some months ago. That means seeing him getting married again. He already scheduled me to meet this woman, an event I will consider very awkward. At first, I told my dad this won’t be very comfortable. But he’s very persuasive with me meeting his fiancee. I don’t know what’s with Kiev ladies that made my dad so attached to this woman. I’m not a hundred percent sure that I’ll like this lady, not even excited in meeting her. How should I act in our meetup?
