If on a winter's night a traveler - Italo Calvino
The book is about 'you' the reader wanting to read 'If on a winter's night a traveler' but every time you buy the book, you read the first chapter and realize it's the wrong book and then you discover there's this conspiracy and there's this other reader...
Just read it. This book is imo the most rewarding wholesome book ever. -
Annihilation and The Southern Reach series is awesome!
-
@auggie love that book
-
I love the book "Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe" its LGBT and its such a great read!
-
@willoww I don't really have one at the moment, but I guess "Fahrenheit 451" comes pretty close! I was let down by "Wonder", though.
-
@ainexthedragon let down?!!! I loved Wonder!!! The movie sucked ass, but I love the first book.
And ive heard a hella lot about Farenheit451 -
the imortal series
-
@sexdoll i may actually know that one
Author? -
@willoww i dont remeber the author had to return the book
-
@Willow well I don't read novels and stuff at all. But what I do read is biology😂. So maybe, you could start by Reading basic biology. And my fav book for that is Campbell's Biology(Pearson)😂😂 and there is no story ofc, so there's no point in you getting disappointed at last😂😂
-
So like, I read a lot and I don't really have a single favorite but I'll say Colleen Hoover books are great if you love Romance. Her characters are not perfect but you'll love them because her stories are realistic.
-
@ellie-0 i like romance...but more of supernatural stuff..any suggestions?
-
@willoww 13 reasons why, The fault in our stars and Turtles all the way down are good. Dont prefer reading the fault in our stars if you need a you know happy kind of book wherein nobody dies. Nobody including the protagonists lover. (Was that a spoiler? Maybe?)
-
@iinutellaii good news is that I already read all of those :p
-
@willoww I strongly recommend 'An abundance of Katherines'
-
@willoww hmmm. if you like supernatural stuff, i suggest you try Stephen King. Or like the series 'Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children?'
