Woke up just after 3 hours of sleep. Damn I couldnt fall back to sleep.

@wee-christopher I feel your pain. For the past few months i only get 2 hours of sleep every night. It is not an easy thing to get rid of. Best you can do is to try and figure out what is causing it, stress, problems, things you would like to forget and not think about while in bed... Maybe not sleeping in silence could help. I am not sure if this is something you wanted to hear, but i tried a lot of things to fix this and if you have a lot of things on your mind it is hard for that problem to go away..

Thank you for the advice. Its my work hours. Grave yard shifts hours that's disrupting my sleep.
